Losing again

I am on the losing end again, I weighed in this morning and am happy to report that I am down 189 pounds now. It is good to see the scale moving again. I do need some motivation to get back into the exercising routine again though. Have been a little lax on that since I got sunburned so bad. I hope to get back into it soon.
