One of my dearest online friends that I have known since 1997 just started a laser design business! So, she made me the much needed Medical Alert Dog tag that I have been looking to purchase. I just received mine this week and I am thrilled with it! I put my name, date of birth, surgery type and date along with NO blind NG and No NSAIDS.
