I had my fill today 4cc.
Things are going good! I can feel it in my clothes YEAH:) My doc has no personality
doesn't say much, I am bacically teaching my self through this journey, hopefully it makes me stronger. Best Wishes to all.

Can't resist the temptation of the Easter Candy - Feeling so guilty because I'm only 4 1/2 weeks post op, what is wrong with me?
I want to be successful but not being totally commited to the stricked diet, I don't know if I can do it, afraid of success, I have never lost any more than 30 lbs before, I have quit every diet before being successful, I don't really know what it's like to lose alot of weight.
Need to stop whinning and just do it.

Im 2 weeks post op, down 12lbs in three weeks. This week the scale hasn't moved down but 1 lb. Is this normal. I have tried some foods this week, even though I was surpose to wait the whole two weeks, can any one relate to this?
