3 months post-op . . . .

So today I am exactly 3 months post-op, scale says down 77 pounds!! Very excited!! And yesterday was my 31st b-day
first bday since I was born that I didn't go out to dinner or have cake & ice cream. But this week I will by myself a piece of sugar free strawberry cheesecake, from Cheesecake Magic, Loive that place!! One year ago I wasn't sure of surgery or anything else for that matter, I was blowing out the candles making my wish saying please let this year be my year to lose weight & like myself & here I sit one year later doing exactly that!! Wow what changes a year can bring?!?! Next year at this time I hope Ill be preparing for plastics. I gotta say the first 2 months were rough as hell!! Its only been this last month that I can tolerate more food choices, less foamies, less things getting stuck, now I swallow all my vitamins & im actually starting to enjoy this journey!! I hated being noticed before, but now I dont mind. Almost everyone at the hospital where I work knows about my surgery & is so supportive and they too are enjoying my journey. I get compliments on a daily basis about my changes & I kinda like it...LoL I haven't been at this weight in 10 years or more and that was only for a brief time...This time its permanent. Well thats enough rambling on for now, Ill post 3 month pics in the next few days . . . . .
