I went yesterday 4/22 .. I weigh exactly the same .. I was a little dissapointed because I started going to the gym and following there diet .. but I meet with the nutritionist next month so she'll be able to help me more with that.

March 25..
Today was my second appt. Longest Day of my life lol.. I spent the entire day in the hospital.. I arrived at 8:45 and was there until .... get ready .. 6pm ! lol I was put into a little group we met with the Dietician and the psycologist then we had a couple group meetings and I had a 2 one on one meetings one with my Doctor and one with the psycologist...Everything went pretty good. I didnt mind having all those appointments in one day - Its hard for me to get the time off work so it worked out. BUT Because of my stupid Insurance ( Cigna ) I need to go there once a month just to have the doctor sign off that Im participating and Im on a medically supervised diet..which kind of sucks because I have to take time off work and drive 45 min to the hospital but oh well lol .. It will all be worth it. 
The Beginning

My first appt at New England Medical Center...It went good I guess ? It was pretty much just to have some blood work done and meet my doctor and everything. Everyone was really nice.. I was officially weighed in .....I hate to say it but.. Starting weight is 346
I almost cried ... seriously.
