i just saw Deanna the dietitian on Nov. 20Th and i weighed 283pounds and when i first saw her 3months ago i was 283. I'm getting frustrated because I'm drinking lots of water and eating healthy and exercising 7days a week.. Deanna is also getting frustrated because she said I'm doing everything right but she doesn't understand why the weight is not coming off. She said i cant go over 283pounds at my next visit which is my last visit otherwise my insurance might deny me. She said she just had a patient denied for a 2pound weight gain. I just started retaking my water pill because Deanna said maybe I'm retaining too much water . My face,hands,ankles, and feet are swollen hopefully that's the problem. I'm getting so frustrated I've come this far and i don't want to be denied. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much and god bless.
