thursday afternoon
everything looks good so dr.suh says.  I still feel fat although i had to go buy new clothing. down to 185....

thursday morning
on my way to c the surgeon for  a post tube out apt. i feel really fat and bloated i dont have many insperations for today i dont think its gonna be nice when i step n the scale.
