I am 4 years post op FOUR years! I weighed 183 Saturday morning. So that is 61 pounds lost 4 EVER!

 I started losing weight again and I am starting to think about my plastic surgery since I seem to have stabilized.

My BAND is my life it saved my life!

I have had it in me for FOUR years!   I still to this day am in terror to think of ever having to lose it.

I am very happy and hover between 14 w and 16 w. I exercise when I can and I am member of two gyms. I walk or bike 30 minutes a day. I am free from a lot of the health issues I had and I am able to do so much more in spite of my autoimmune disease.

I went through two shoulder surgeries safely at a lower weight. Soon it will be time to get my breast reduction and stomach skin removed because of chronic rash and back pain. I have folks that can't recognize me. And my husband is happy that I am healthier. Thank you OH and the community of support the emails the night before surgery got me through.

Friday - weigh about 185. Knee screwed up - week 4. Started steriods and antiinflammatories yesterday. Walked about 1 mile today so far so good - also added cane.

Wearing size 16W now in most clothes. Great review at work - really am enjoying my new supervisor.
