Today is my 1 year Surgiversary!  This past year has gone by super fast and has been full of ups and downs.  I lost 101 lbs by the time I was 6 months out from surgery then, lost about another 20 lbs in the next month and a half and, I have been stalled for the last 5 months or so.  It has been frustrating to have lost 10 lbs a month consistantly and then have it just stop.  But, deep down I know that it will pass in time and that I need to figure out what works for me.  I am still new to the whole WLS thing, lol .  I still love my Lap Band as much if not more than I did this time last year.  Happy Surgiversary to me!!!

That's right I have lost 101 lbs!   
It feels amazing to be able to loose this weight so well and consistently.  I am 5 1/2 months post op and I love my band as much, if not more than ever.  Having my surgery is the BEST decision I have ever made.  I still have a lot of weight to lose but I'm not going to worry about that today.... Today I am going to celebrate my success!!!
