My frist week.

Started at 220 weight in at Hospital, March 2, 2012 at7:30 am. First week was all liquid , Water, Broth, Special K Protein Water, First Doctor Appt. March 8th and lost 14 pounds. Today March 10th I started my 2nd week on soft foods. I was afraid this morning to eat but I did it. I only had 2 oz of scrabbled eggs. I Lunch I had let over chicken and slice patotes puree and a blender. I had 4 ounces. I was out so I didnt have dinner and or snack im having a pudding.
