Hi Everyone, sorry I havne't been updating but just been so busy. I hae so much energy. 10 Weeks out I've lost 43 pounds and feeling great. I have had no problems at all. I can eat meat and veggies and fruit. I stay away from sugar, bread, starch, etc. I'm drinking my protein everyday and not eating alot at all. I really don't have the desire to eat. But I'm sure at some point I'll change.
I have been painting my house and do gardening and loving every minute of it. If I had it to do all over again I would in a heart beat. I feel free for the first time in my life, I never even think of food now. Thanks to all for the support you have ginen me on my journey. hugs Carol
