Going to gym at least 3x a week
I am going to join a gym with my daughter she goes and I want to go at least 3 times a week. I have no muscles and get tired easy so I will have to start off small but I think this will help with my self-esteem and my tiredness.

I am 4 days post op (lap ban) and I want to get fit. I am taking it slow but hate not being 100%

Need to lose some weight to be able to move better, hard to walk now as it is
i want to work out at least 1hr 30min a day
Im losing the weight but I still have no energy... I think more activity will be better
My goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times a week, just me, my time.
treadmill and pilates machine!
Walk 30 mins a day 5 days a week
cardio, weights strength rotate and add extra step each time I do it.
