Gas
Homeopathic Carbo Vegetabilis. It can be found at health food stores, Whole Foods etc. It comes in a small blue vial. It's tiny homeopathic balls. Slip a few under your tongue. You can also drop several balls into your bottle of water and sip it that way. I took post gall bladder and also post VSG and never had a moment of gas.
Now at 2 years out I use gas-ex if I feel it coming on. I don't know if RNY folks can use gas-ex.
