Hi everyone what kind of food journal does everyone use.  I want to get one but not sure what to get. I want to be able to write my food down as well as how things are going. I am not sure if i need two different ones I hope not.

I printed my pages off from a format I pulled together from a couple of sources. I keep them in a big 3-ring binder. I'll send you a PM with my email. If you'd like a copy, let me know.

Like Gina, I print pages, and I tape them into a notebook that I got during school supply sales  - I got 6 for the year.  It's very interesting to look back.  I also keep a "fat" picture of me for reminders.

When I travel (which is alot), I bring a little spiral notebook and write absolutely everything down in there.

I use the tracker on this site but I don't think it will record your exercise, etc.  I use to use my fitpal and you could do it all on there.  there are tons of on line ones, some free, some have a fee.

I use Myfitnesspal. It has a good range of foods to select from and is easy to use.

I use myfitnesspal.com too. You can record food and exercise and also "notes". But it's not a "write down your thoughts of life" kind of diary.
