when i first started spinning i had a sore vag for a week.

I can't stand Jillian, just for those words!!  LOL

I have a love/hate relationship with Jillian. I seriously hear her yelling while I am working out though. It motivates me. "If you're not sweating and out of breath, you're not working hard enough." UGH!!
