Can vitamin and mineral deficiencies cause low grade fevers?

Just curious if anyone knows if vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause low grade fevers and why. Had RNY 4+ years ago and dealing with some health issues that many feel are RNY related. It basically feels like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Thanks, Nanook.
