I am 18 months out and at goal.   I have terrible gas all the time.  I am constantly belching and passing gas.   Thank God that is happenning or I would be in awfull pain.  Tried gas x and that did not help.   Even just drinking water makes me belch.   Any suggestions appreciated.

Ditto here! Thankfully it is most often belching but I recently started back on protein shakes and man oh man does that give me bad gas.

I haven't tried anything to treat it but I hope someone on here will have some advice we can both use.

Could you have become lactose intolerant?  Do you eat dairy?  Perhaps try cutting out dairy for a few days and see what happens?  Just a thought. Good luck!

I saw where sometimes artificial sweeteners can cause this, so I stopped using my sweet n low and switched to splenda and you wouldn't believe the difference.  Worth a try!

Have you tried probiotics?  I had the same issues and started taking high end probiotics about 4 months ago and now the gas is gone. I take one that has a 50 billion count. What a difference. They cost 35/40 bucks a month but sooo worth it!
