100 lbs gone!
I am a senior citizen. Had the surgery Nov 2012. Today I hit the big milestone. 100 lbs lost. The weight is coming off real slow but continues to drop. For those of you that can not exercise like myself, it is possible to still lose. Only 9 lbs to my personal goal. This is so hard for me to believe. Next thing I know I will be trying to stop losing. Best of luck to everyone.
Way to hang in there! Well done! Slow AND Steady IS going to win this race for you!
