No Longer Obese-just OVERWEIGHT!
WELL - i finally got my BMI under 30 and am excited to announce that now I"M JUST OVERWEIGHT!! WHOO HOO!!
Just got back from being a week out-of-town - so excited to travel now with not worrying about whether the seat belt will fit, sweating through the airports, etc. Someone was eating Reese's Pieces (my favorite candy) and drinking a real coke next to me on the plane - I have to admit I wanted to steal one (haven't had one in 11 months) but like being in the place I'm in now!
Best decision I ever made! Now got to work hard to get the rest of the weight off and get a "normal" BMI!!
It's a great day!
Woo, congrats!!

Oh no - you reminded me about the Girl Scout Cookies - it's always something! I did order some from a neighbor. My plan is to send them to work with my husband as soon as they come in - hopefully I won't resort to old habits - I have never been able to just eat one or two.
My weight loss has been slower than lots of people's (not that I'm comparing but whose kidding who - of course I compare!). I'm just trying to remind myself that I'm human and to stay on track as best I can - exercise and choose my foods wisely - when I get off track - get right back on.
