Down 125 pounds in 6 1/2 months. My goal was to be under 300 by the New Year but that was a little unrealistic I think. 35 pounds to get out of the 300's FOREVER.

Sleeved 5/20/13; HW 460, SW 434, Goal weight 220. Mini goals 399 - check, 349 - check, 299 - check, 249

You might not make new years but 2014 300 and 200 hopefully will be things in the past. Keep hanging in there.

Amazing! Keep up the good work (out) and you'll be below 300 before you know it. Thanks for posting such an inspirational picture. One of my personal goals is to be able to buy sportswear/workout clothes off the rack. I wanna be that girl walkin' it and rockin' it. Your picture and journey give me hope :)
