Great news!

If you don't mind my asking how long have you been on insulin?  I have been on it for three years and hope to get of the insulin after surgery.  I may return to truck driving at some point.  I've heard if you are on insulin for more than ten years it's hard to come off it.  God bless you on your continued journey.

I was only on insulin for 2 years but I have been diabetic for 20 years.   I went from 150 units a day down to 20 units a day.   A big improvement.   If I watched my carbs and exercised I would probably get off of it.  Best of luck to you and I hope you can get off of it.  It is such a pain to stick yourself numerous times a day.
