Sharp pain under left ribs???

At 5 days post op I had a sharp pain under left rib cage. It was sharp shooting pain that felt like I had to stretch out. It lasted about 10 mins then went away. The next day it happened again twice but not as long. The next day not really at all. Then today it happened again once. It really hurts and it is hard to take a deep breath while its happening cuz it hurts. But it always goes away. I feel like a million bucks other than that no fever no other pain.

Should I be freaking out or has anyone else felt this.

Pre op diet 224
Surgery day 212
month 1 to 2 i lost 9.6 pounds
month 2 to 3 i lost 7 pounds
month 3 to 4 i lost 6.2

I'm 6 weeks out and still get those every now and again (normally when I have swallowed a bit much air while drinking).

I just get up and move around to walk it off...which is a tad embarrassing when Im in a meeting at work!...lol
