how many ounces can you eat?

im 18 mos out and wanted to know how much everyone is able to eat this far out and how often? are you still losing when did the weight loss slow down?

I'm 15 months out and I eat between 2-3 ounces of meat...never more for me and sometimes less. Some days I have more restriction than others.
