Sauces on the soft food stage

I am in the soft food stage and moving to unrestricted this week. I have found that any meat I eat really need some kind of sauce with it or I feel horrible. For the most part I have been using a sugar free tomato sauce and sometimes BBQ (but that has too much sugar really.).

I am getting tired of the tomato does anyone have any ideas?

I use fat free Italian dressing a lot to spice my food up.

I was allowed to have whatever sauces/gravies necessary to moisten the food enough to eat. I generally use home made gravies.
