That's funny becasue Since my surgery my smeller is workign overtime. I smell EVERYTHING more vivid than before.  I think I'd rather not smell.

I'm wondering if it might be related to the anaesthetic, but I'm afraid I'm just not sure.  Can you call your doc and ask?  My sense of smell has gone through the roof since my surgery.  I can even smell if the person in the car ahead of me in traffic is smoking!  Crazy.

Good luck to you!

I'm sure you're looking forward to mushy foods.  I really loved refried beans with a bit of cheese melted on top.  After a few days, I added some ff sour cream and a bit of the juice from salsa (no chunks)  It was heavenly!!  Enjoy!  And good luck with your doctors visit.  Keep in touch.
