Down 144 lbs, I feel so alive!

My life has changed. Its so amazing.  I had my surgery on January 17, 2011 and am 39 lbs away from my goal weight.  It is truely amazing how your life changes from the energy you gain to the way people treat you.   For the first time since my early 20's (41 now) I dressed up the other day for an event and had all the confidence in the world.  I felt so good about myself.  It is a tough road to travel after surgery, but well worth the ride.  Good luck to everyone and keep the faith, you won't be sorry.

Don't know what type of music you listen to but your post totally made me think of the POD song "So alive". I know it's going to be in HEAVY ROTATION when I'm able to go back to the gym once I have my surgery.
