Help! 5 + weeks out and nauseous!

I need your help! I haven't been able to eat for the last 4 days because I have been nauseous! I feel like I need to throw up but nothing is happening. I can't even eat food it is so bad and even water doesn't go down well. I am not pregnant! Should I be concerned? Is there something that I should take? I have had no problems up until this week. Oh and it doesn't matter what food, I am nauseous 24/7!

It could be what I experienced, acid reflux.  I had to do two 30 day treats of Prilosec (twice a day).  It aint cheap, but I felt much better.  Good luck.

I'm with Sonja... Check out a PPI if you're not already on one. Talk to your doc because they can up the dose if you ARE already taking one. OR, they might put you on a nausea med like Zofran. Good luck!

I experenced some nausea and Prilosec took care of it. Acid in the new tummy = nausea.

Ok,
I have spoken with my surgeon and he has me on Gaviscon, Prilosec, and Maalox. I'm still nauseous and can't eat! My husband thinks I should go to the ER and find out if I am dehydrated or if something else is going on. Oh and I am having alot of foamy saliva! Should I be concerned that it may be a leak?
