Its pretty hard to wake up and exercise when you're getting home at 11:30 pm ....

but standing and sculpting for many hours and foraging around the City sort of meets that need anyway its enough to tire me out !

l- apple brown betty and a bit of key lime cheesecake

s/d - 1/2 chicken avocado wrap from pret

Clove studded baked Krakus ham in apricot glaze , salad

Late night snack - chicken noodle soup w yucca n fava beans

Japanese rice crackers

fresh cut papaya chunks
