Hey Everybody!!! 

I am sorry I've been quiet. My Residency is working me out lol!!! 

Well, I am about 38 Pounds From My Goal! I am Sooo excited and I just can't hide it!!! OMG .. It's crazy.. 

Everyone ... It's been a roller coaster ride, but I'm getting through it all. I am thankful for everyone for the encouragement, chastisement, and everything to help me ... 

Stay lifted and encouraged everyone ! We are strong!!!!

Hi, glad to hear how well your doing. Understand how busy goes. Life is a roller coaster in itself. Looks likes your doing great. I am just getting ready to join the bench real soon 3/10 I am so excited and can't wait.

We are strong. I am just finishing day 10 of my pre-op diet and it is going very well. I even meet friends for lunch, had a glass of unsweet tea and asked for a cup of ho****er to use for my Medifast beef soup! I enjoyed being out with friends and having no problems sticking to plan. I have not even been tempted to try one little morsel of anything I can't have. I have a wonderful husband that basically has been dong his own cooking basically because I have had some major issues right now too with a pinched nerve in my neck and my left scapula is out of joint and all is causing me sever pain in my left arm and elbow.  I just have a great hubby.

That is so fantastic.  You are doing great!

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Yes .. Working out ... 

Most times in the privacy of my own home .. 100 crunches a night, 60 push-ups, 50-60 jumping jacks, 5lbs weight exercises for my arms 50 each arm ... 

And resistance band activities no less than 50 ... Everyday except 2 days

Wow, so jealous of your weight loss.  I obviously need to exercise more cause I'm not losing at that rate.  Good job!

Don't be jealous .. Trust some struggle is there ... I don't like working out but I've created something that's working. food and I still have our battles ... Surrounding protein intake and water ... I honestly have moved away from a lot of meat ... Veggie and fruit girl lol

Oh I know it hasn't been easy.  I am thinking that meat and I don't agree anymore, too.  I rarely have "dinner" but when I do I regret it.  Can't wait to try salads again.
