RNY and pancake/ waffle tolerance

Anybody have at good pancake or waffle recipes that I will be Abe to eat ? I'm only  24 days out, my suron mandates 10 clear, 10 days full, 10 puréed  so I'm 6 short days from solids :).

Even if you add protein powder to a low carb batter/mix, pancakes/waffles aren't a very good choice at only a month out, given your limited pouch space.  Even with protein powder added, the amount you will be able to eat is going to be very small and you will get very little protein (or other nutrition) from it.

Mix together 2 eggs and 2 oz of cream cheese and cook like pancakes with Pam.  It tastes just like a cheese cake pancake.  I mix it in a blender.  At your stage it would probably be at least 2 meals.  I use sugar free syrup to top it.

The World According to Eggface has a neat recipe for cottage cheese pancakes that I tried when I was on soft foods. 

I saw this recipe: 2 eggs and half a banana. Mix like in bullet or whatever,spray heated pan and pour small amounts so you can turn easy. my sis tried them and liked them
