Well, does anyone have weeks where they only get like 3-4 workouts in? My husband and I have no kiddos until Friday (went on vacay with my in laws) and I didnt work out last night because we had date night and we are having one tonight too. Gonna have to make double trips to the gym this weekend!!

I rarely have weeks where I get that many workouts in!

Seriously, the only exercise I've done for a long time now is walking the dog.  Which I do daily, several times a day.  I probably walk one to two hours a day, total, most days.  We don't walk very fast, but probably cover two to four miles total in an average day.   But I don't think I would call it a workout.

Absolutely not.  Every single person on this message board engages in an hour or more of strenuous exercise, seven days per week.  Sometimes eight.

I'm only 5.5 weeks out, but my main form of exercise has been walking everyday for about 45mins. and general cleaning/chasing after a toddler...I haven't enrolled in a gym or started a specific "workout" yet...How far out are you and what type of routine does your surgeon and nutritionist want you on?

He basically wants us going every other day. Please don't think I was whining it was meant more tongue and cheek. Its nice to have a 2 day break lol. I mainly do the elliptical. Around 45 min and then one day is upper body and the next is lower body. I too have younger kiddos (10 & 5) so us Momma's nevet get a break lol.
