Pulled scar tissue on right side?

The past few days it feels like I pulled the scar tissue on my right rib cage near the incisions. Not sure if its from constipation or something else? I feel fine otherwise at almost 9 months out. I'm wondering if I may have twisted the wrong way? Just curious if others have experienced this as well? Thanks!
