What does an ulcer feel like?

I have been having issues feeling bloated, "too full" without over eating. Sometimes it is painful...overall just feeling like my gut is sour.

Any ideas? Few days now...

Could be gas. call your doctor and discuss your symptoms just to be safe.

 Usually it feels like a gnawing, burning feeling. 

I know everyone is different but my ulcer pain took my breath away.  Felt like someone was stabbing me in the gut.  Also insides burned like heck when eating or drinking.  I really suffered at night when my pouch was empty.
It is always best to get to your doctor right away.  Hope you are better soon.
