 i use myfitnesspal and it syncs with your computer so you can update on there too

I now us myfitness pal and love it.  i used to sue Calorie Count but switched because most of m friends use myfitness pal.

I also use myfitnesspal, and it's pretty awesome.  The database of foods is pretty extensive already, so you don't have to manually add a lot of things.  I'd recommend it.

 myfitnesspal is the best. But use it every time you eat. No program is worth anything if you don't record everything you put in your mouth.

 I like Sparkpeople better than MyFitnessPal.  But everyone is different -- give them all a try!
