Protien shake experiment 48g protien
Im always trying to ways to get my protien and fluids in. I made my shake a new way the other day, using powdered milk and extra water rather than milk...it was pretty good. I don't remember the stats on it. Today's combo is odd but it was 48g of protien. Downfall is that it is 370 calories, but for a meal I think it's ok. It will keep me full for a long time too.
6oz flavored greek yogurt. I used A and E Blueberry greek yogurt.
1/2c lowfat cottage cheese
1scoop of protien powder
2 cups of water
Tastes pretty good :)

I tend to make a 90g protein shake in the morning, that usually lasts me till lunch.
I use a 30g protein drink 11oz
2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter protein powder
1 cup 1% milk = 8g protein
it ends up being about 20oz. Not to thick either! I will also use my 30g protein drink with click to up the protein too!
Yummy,and since I am not really able to eat alot of foods still, it seems to be the way for me to get in my protein! It has 440 calories, which is high but since I am not eating most of my calories yet I am ok with it!
