Good day!
I feel like I've had a great eating day today. I had my protien, stayed under 700 cals. Whenever I was tempted to have a snack of something I really wanted I made myself eat a few bites of fresh veggies like cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower...and even tonight when I wanted a chocolate candybar (fun size, even) I had one of my chocolate protien bars. It's funny tho, when I eat the proper foods I don't crave the bad ones quite as much. I feel like I'm finally gaining control of what I put in my body.
I've found that the more I eat junk, the more I crave it. And if I eat plenty of protein, I don't crave junk as much and I feel full a lot longer.
