Wow, a year ago right now...
I was pushing my little button buddy, being handed drugs by the nurses like I was an addict 
, and walking the halls of the ICU! I was in a lot of pain, but emotionally felt great thanks to the drugs and knowing I had just changed my life for the better. 
Now, I'm 130 lbs lighter, down 12 sizes, off bp meds, and feel amazing. Here is to the rest of my life after surviving the first year
