Is Apple Cider Vinegar too harsh?

Has anyone heard of taking Braggs apple cider vinegar with water?  I'm wondering if it's too harsh on our new pouch or if it can cause an ulcer because it's acidic.

I've not used Bragg's ACV (though I use their Aminos), but I just used ACV last night on some shredded chicken and it went down fine. I am seven weeks out tomorrow. How far out are you, and are you on a PPI?

I am at 7 months no restrictions on my eating, but Braggs has this recipe that you use 1 - 2 tsps acv with water and it's suppose to be real healthy for you.
