You might want to add a little salt to your diet, your sodium is a little low.
Your b12 is great, you want it high, you actually have room for it to go higher if it goes up.
Your ferritin isn't bad but you don't have an iron or iron sat % to go with it.
Your PTH is great but no calcium or vitamin D to go with it?
You are missing alot - what about vitamin A, b1, folate, selenium, copper, zinc, magnesium, b6, E, K, total protein, albumin, vitamin D3, iron
I don't know what the low creatinine means. Since it seems more than just a tiny bit low, I'd ask the doctor specifically about it. It may be nothing significant but I always want to know if something on my labs is off just a little bit what it means and then I can decide if there is anything I want to do about it.
Your B12 is fantastic. It's not too high. Keep doing whatever you're doing.
Are these your six month post op labs or what? Are these all the tests they did?

Yes, these are my six month labs that my surgeon requested. My PCP added in the thyroid tests as I have an underactive thyroid. These are the only labs they suggested.
The way the labs were ordered, it was hard to see what tests were actually ordered. I will certainly be asking them to do vitamin A, b1, folate, selenium, copper, zinc, magnesium, b6, E, K, total protein, albumin, vitamin D3, iron.
Are there any additional tests that I should ask for?
I was a bit worried about my Iron...I have had some passing out spells, and wasn't sure if that had anything to do with it. I also have increased my salt intake since, as my blood pressure was a bit low when I lay down and stand up quickly.
I feel better about the Creatinine now, and am happy to hear it isn't too much to be worried about. Like Kelly said, when I see a number is off, I want to understand why. This just lets me know that I can hold off until my follow up appointment and not necissarily call immediately. :)
I love you guys - I can't tell you how much I appreciate everyone's help in making sure I stay on top of these things and remain healthy for a long time.
Some docs don't think selenium, B6, E and K are necessary. Well, some don't think A and copper and zinc are necessary, either, but the selenium, B6, E and K are ones more docs think are not really needed. My thoughts are that we should get those at least once a year. Other stuff, like the CMP, iron, D, A, etc I think we should get every six months. That's just my own personal opinion, based on what I've seen in my own labs and other people's labs, like what things I have personally seen are the most common deficiencies.
