Feeling IT
I have been working out with Leslie Sansone. Its only about 25 minutes but she works all the muscles. I just want to know is this good thing. I just wanna see where im losing, I dont trust my scale anymore because its digital and one minute it says something and the next its 3 or 4 plbs more, driving me crazy. About how much should I be averaging a week or monthly?? I dont go back to see my doctor again until Aug 5. Im scared that I wont be losing adequately and have to have a revision. Help?
Try this link from OH. You plug in your numbers and it will give you a rough idea of how you're doing. Bur remember that everyone's body is different!
You're way too early out to feel like this is not working for you and thinking that you'll need a revision!!! Follow your plan and this WILL work for you! Really!

You had surgery about a month ago and you're afraid you're not going to lose enough and have to have a revision? Um, I don't think you need to worry about that now. If you are far above your goal weight in another two years, then start thinking about a revision. Right now, eat what you're supposed to be eating and stay off the scale.
