i am almost 18 months out. i religously take my vitamin, calcium citrate, sublingual b12, and vit d 3. they said my labs have been good, although i didnt get a copy of the report, but i still have no energy. i feel like it takes forever to get going everyday. i just feel blah all the time. i thought weight loss would help but not so much. any ideas? deficiency? what could it be? i hate this feeling!

I would start by getting a copy of your last lab report.  Sometimes they say things are ok when they really are not so good.  If your B12 is below 550, that usually  makes people tired but docs usually say B12 is fine until it's much, much lower than that.

How much protein are you getting?  Are you getting enough calories?

Are you depressed?

ALWAYS get a copy of your labs. NEVER rely on a phone call for your lab results.  I'd check your B12.  My doc says B12 levels for RNY post ops should be 900-1000.  I had a 665 on my Oct., 2010 and I've now began taking more of the sublingual B12 each week.  DAVE

Ask for a copy every time for your reference. You can then track how you labs are improving with dosage changes.  You insurance company may offer an online database, where you can login and check these tests. DAVE
