A Great Food Find For Post-Ops

Hi everyone.  I was at the grocery store recently and found this great product.  It may not work for everyone, but it works for me, so I thought I'd share it.  It's called "Magic Pop."  Maybe others have heard of it, but I'd never seen it before.  Each one has 15 calories, no fat, and 4 g of carbohydrates.  There's no protein, but it can be topped with savory things (low fat cheese, dips made with greek yogurt, etc., stir fry) or sweet things (sugar free jelly and PB2, etc).
Hope it works for others.

In my grocery store it was in the bakery area.  There was actually a guy there "popping" it and putting it in the bags.

I found what I believe is the same thing under a different name (that I can not recall at the moment).  Nutritional stats were about the same, and it came in a few flavors like honey and apple cinnamon.  I think this might be the 'pop rice' I've seen mentioned on here before.  Enjoy it!

I tried it too and liked it.  Found it at a Nugget Market here in California and yes I think they "pop" it fresh so it was in the prepared foods section.

Well, although I'm from Philadelphia, I was at a Shop Rite in NJ.  I haven't had a chance to check to see if the Shop Rites in Philly have them.  It's quite possible that they do, but I just didn't know to look out for them.  Hope you find some.  By the way, which hospital did you have your surgery at?  Mine was at Jefferson.

Well on their website (http://www.kimsmagicpop.com/) they only show where in the world they are located not actual store locations.  However, there is a facebook page and people post on it the stores they find the product - http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=72976237282&v=app_2373 072738#!/group.php?gid=72976237282&v=wall

Also people bought them on ebay.
