Can you use spices in the broth?

I'm sorry I have so many questions.

Are we allowed to add spices, garlic, onion powder etc to the broth to give it a little more taste?  This is through the TWH site, I know HRRH is allowed some vegetables, but we aren't.

As long as it has 0 calories, anything you add should be ok I would think? I used Bovril packages and didn't need to add anything, it already had stuff added for some flavour. OXO packets are similar tasting.

I put Frank's Red Hot Sauce in my broth.  Used enough that it kinda burned my taste buds so I wasn't craving other foods.....lol.  Spice away.

Any spice is fine. It adds no calories.
