Hi All,

Any & all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have finally gotten motivated to get back on track after losing 250lbs from my sleeve surgery back in 2012. I have gained back over 100lbs & I need to start ASAP. Thank you for all suggestions.

Shakes may leave you hungry and really not satisfied.

You have your tool - the sleeve.. why not try good low carb diet - dense proteins, with some fat and some veggies..   go back to basics...

Have you heard of thrive?  Their shakes are good and no only do they provide you with the nutrition you need but also help with energy that might help with motivation?
