Do you miss anything that you can't "tolerate" post surgery???

What do you think of the "slider foods"? Do you avoid them or not care about that "list"?

I can't think of anything that I can't eat now - within reason. 

I usually avoid slider foods, only because they don't give me a feeling of fullness, so I tend to eat more than I should.  Sometimes I'll succumb to the temptation, though!

I don't think there's anything that I can't tolerate now.  I'm not sure what is on the "list" of slider foods exactly.  I eat a Greek yogurt everyday mid-morning, if that's one.  I don't really miss the bad stuff (unless it's put in front of me).

I still have trouble with poultry, bread, pasta, and things like that.  Higher carb food items tend to make me dump.  But I found out I can eat sugar in small quantities, which I regret finding out.

I try to avoid sliders, but every now and then I'll allow myself a treat.

Potato salad.  I made a WLS version using nuked zucchini for the potatoes. 
Fresh fried potatoes with caramelized onions.  I make a WLS version using delicata squash.
They aren't the same, but I make due. lol

Pork Chops!  It takes a LONG time (2 minutes) to chew or I dump.

I'm not concerned about slider foods yet.  If I'm having trouble keeping solids down I have sliders (usually cottage cheese).  I figure it's better than not getting my protein.  I guess I need to look up which other slider foods there are.  I don't really know.
