Hope everyone is enjoying this fall weather..

Nothing really new to report..

Rehab, walk, rehab... repeat..

One of my running friends qualified for Boston yesterday at the Chicago Marathon..she is 50 and crushed a 3:48..our other friend was with her was trying for a sub 5..had a slight injury during the race..hit a 5:01..so close..

Speaking of, anyone see the guy break a 2 hour marathon...that's insane..I was happy with my 2 hour half..lol

did no****ch it live but i have seen the run. Just crazy. I have mixed feelings about being able to use pacers. The regular person in a race would not e allowed. I would be more excited if he did it without using the pacers.

Agree about the pacers..I read he had a car in front determining the flattest ground on the road.. its still pretty bad ass though..

they said it wouldn't be a world record because of the pacers..
