Wow, this is happening faster than I thought it would. Dr. Gagner has confirmed my DS surgery for August 28. Woohoo.

To make a long story short; I sent a request for information to Dr. Gagner on June 29 and received an answer the same day. I decided to self pay for the DS on July 20. Sent Dr. Gagner an e-mail on July 26 and they confirmed my surgery date on August 1.
