Sheltie needing placement asap.....

My husband and I have been fostering a beautiful female Sheltie that we now need to find placement for asap due to a death in the family, and the possibility of my mom moving in with us and bringing her dog. She is a very sweet girl....about 4-5 years old, spayed, housebroken, obedience trained. She is very affectionate and LOVES to give kisses and snuggle, and LOVES to play fetch. We love her to death and are heartbroken having to find a new home for her, but we already have 2 other dogs + 4 cats, and my mom is most likely going to be staying with us and would be bringing her dog, which is simply too many animals in our house. We live in Cleveland, and would like to see her go to a home locally however willing to adopt out of state if we feel its the right home. I do have pictures I can send if interested, just drop me an email. Her name is Chelsea, and she is also current on all shots and heartworm negative.
