I can't believe how great I feel for being one week out. Just some twinges of pain but nothing I can't handle. No nausea at all. I'm walking every day.

I decided to get on the scale today, I lost 10 lbs in a week. Whoo hoo!!!  I was so excited.

I went to a birthday party on Saturday, I didn't cheat. I jus****ched other's eat and kept thinking did I eat like that. Probably did. It kind of grossed me out. LOL

Congratulations Yvonne! Its good to hear stories like this. I have not had my surgery and your comments gave me a sense of ease. You must have had an awesome surgeon!
