Is this a good source of protein or must we choose whey isolate?

It's milk & soy protein, "milk" protein consists of whey and casein (whey isolate is just whey protein sans anything else)- both good bio-avail proteins.. I personally don't do soy, but from what I understand, that's fine as well. Now, as far as how they taste.. any way to sample before you buy? I have not heard great things about them..

INgirl, I've been searching for samples of this product and haven't found any so far. I also want to find samples of the BSN Dessert protein shake powders but I'm not going to pay exorbitant shipping for a few sample packets of powder. By the time I pay $8 shipping, I could have bought an entire jug if I knew whether I liked it or not.

I have not tried that product....but remember if you buy it from GNC and end up using it but don't like it you can return it and use your $ for other items in the store.  This can give you piece of mind about spending the money on a new product.  Good luck.
